Return Policy
Eligibility
You may request a return for sealed, unused products within fourteen days of delivery unless local law grants a longer period. Opened food supplements may be excluded for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or not as described.
How to start a return
Contact us using the support identifiers listed in the site footer with your order reference, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the shipment arrived damaged. We will confirm the return address and any required steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing may take several business days after we receive the returned item or approve a claim without return, depending on the situation.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Non-returnable items
Digital goods, gift cards, or items marked as final sale at purchase may not be returnable. Promotional bundles follow the rules stated at checkout.
Regional and cross-border orders
Orders may be fulfilled from or shipped to addresses outside the United States where we offer service. Customs duties, taxes, and import rules are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout. Return eligibility and cooling-off rights may depend on the laws of your country or region in addition to this policy.
